We can recommend to appoint mov in
C:\Program Files\ForwardT Software\Tools\SLEngSettings\SLEngSettings.exe
to 15 ffmpeg, and restart OnAir after it.
MOV playback is hardly through QuickTime components, it's better to play it through ffmpeg.
Could you send SLLog and info collected in C:\Program Files\ForwardT Software\Tools\SaveInfo\SLSaveInfo.exe
to technical support department

We've been using this board (FD842 with 5.7.0 software) for a month now, but this was the first time we had an issue with mov files. But previously we had the same issue with a .png file, and the software (OnAir) crashed several times as well. Mostly we are using .mp4 and .mpg files.

Monitor OS parameters dynamics (CPU, RAM, etc.) and send SLLog and info collected in SLSaveInfo.exe, to technical support department
