Hi I am new to the forum, hello everybody.
I have many questions about the FT system is one of them:
1 What is the best RAM for servers with FD300.
2nd I FD300 card with SDI and my sound does not work with the video wire.
(I have 5.2.0 I set the software as it is in the instructions and do not know the work is a way of using BoB converter U1 and black megic desing but I can not configure it as a feed to work please advice.
I'm Polish and if it could be in Polish it would be my easiest to learn.

1 What is the best RAM for servers with FD300.

It's no matter for Forward. You can set that RAM which your motherboard works with. Essentially that it was no less than 2-3 Gb.

Start please SLSaveInfo programm
(it is in C:\Program Files\ForwardT Software\Tools\SaveInfo folder), then press Save button in it, save text file and send this file to the technical support department, to one of next addresses

Да они уже так делали в самом начале. Мы этот топик просто убили.
Там также ничего не было понятно.

First of all we need to know what version of ForwarfT Software do you use?

1)Close all our applications.
2)Start FDConfig application ( C:\Program Files\ForwardT Software\FDConfig\FDConfig.exe )
3)Press SaveInfo button.
4)Save information to text file.
5)Send it us via e-mail
